About Ahmad Daham
Professional Drift Athlete
The Start
Ahmad Daham is a racing driver and tuner, that car enthusiasts are well familiar with locally and regionally. His choice of first car was a bright red Toyota Corolla. It was rear wheel drive, and he was 14 years old.
Since then, Ahmad’s involvement in Motorsport slowly began to create an impact on his life as well as the automotive scene in Jordan. From the age of 16, Ahmad was racing his car at local race tracks. At 18, he succeeded in earning first place at the University Speed Test championship for Students. When the need to make his car ever faster arose, he learned to tune ECU's, and turn it into a profession. This unique skill was later proved to be a good source of income for financing his own race cars.Going Sideways
In 2011 at age 24 he took on drifting. He joined the Red Bull Car Park Drift Event and impressively won all three of his first ever drift events This allow him to move on to represent Jordan in the final stage of the RCPD in Lebanon. His name has been featured numerous times in local newspapers and magazines such as Al Raai and Torque magazine. Ahmad now aspires to turn this hobby into a profession. After recently finishing his studies at the Princess Sumaya University for Technology in Jordan, and earning a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information System he now turns his full attention to the world of Motorsports.
